Right from the day I got to know I was pregnant I Right from the day I got to know I was

edema, and it is caused by the increased pressure
in the veins and the extra fluids in the body during
pregnancy. Here are some tips to help reduce
swelling in your feet during pregnancy:

1. Soak your feet in warm salt water: Soaking your feet for 10-15 minutes will not only help reduce swelling, but could help ease aching feet, too.

2. Use Support under legs while sitting: place your
feet on a footstool or cushion & avoid hanging legs that can increase more strain in your legs.

3. Elevate your feet: Keeping your legs raised can help improve circulation and thus reducing swelling.
